Home Warranty

All our homes come with a one year warranty from the factory and Gregerson’s extends the warranty through American Home Guard with another four years giving our buyers FIVE years of coverage.

American Home Guard coverage includes:

• Structure: frame, tie-downs, sub-floor, doors, windows, sliders, load-bearing & non load bearing framing members, interior walls, exterior siding, roof structure and ceiling.
• Appliances: purchased with the home: dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, microwave, range, refrigerator, trash compactor, washer and dryer.
• Central Heating/Air: Furnace, fireplace, blower, duct work, vent pipe, connections and joints
• Electrical: Light fixtures, wiring, switches and outlets
• Plumbing: Hot and cold water lines, waste pipes, vents, faucets, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers and water heater.

The American Home Guard program goes into effect at the expiration of the 1 year factory warranty. It is transferable to a second homeowner if the home is sold during the coverage period. The program is designed to repair or replace a covered component that fails to perform its intended function, including parts and labor. There is a nominal $50 deductible.

Also available at the time of purchase is a six year warranty which then gives our buyers a total of seven years of warranty on their new home. You would only pay the difference of the 4 year to the 6 year warranty as the 4 year warranty is INCLUDED in your purchase!
